Help designing a fitness circuit?

Emeline Albracht: Let's see if I can do this answer justice. It is a! specific set of exercises that can be done in a short amount of time, usually 30 min. It will incorporate aerobics and strenght training. The aerobic portion is done at the beginning and end of the circuit as a warm up and cool down and the strength in the middle. The current circuit I'm doing is 5 minutes of aerobics to warm up. 20 minutes of high intensity strength training and then another 5 minutes (or more if you choose) of aerobics.
