passed on without anyone recording them by writing them. <br>
In this way, when people decided to write them down they didn't' know
who to attribute them to.

answers1: Sorry for not writing an answer but I came by to thank the
user t0mat0.2 for this info. It may be a bit old but I presume an
address usually doesn't change so often so I'll give it a try. Oda
deserves all the support he can get because he's doing an excellent
work with the manga.
answers2: depends on the author some have their own website you can
contact directly others don't,some have book signings too at local
bookstores to meet them in person and get an autograph for buying a
copy of their book.look up the author you like and see if they have a
site if not look for the publisher and mail it to them to be
re-directed
