Consel and handheld war!!!!!!!?

Elvin Weichbrodt: Everyone wants a Nintendo DS..who doesnt, if you see someone playing it you just want to get one bcause theres a touch screen and you can talk to people with other nintendo ds. It might not sound so great but thats what everyone wants right now.

Majorie Chester: Its hard to say really.Playstation still holds the market share . . . .you forgot to include PS2 you know which is still very alive and well and they still make games for it.Nintendo will always be there, mostly because games are easy to program and the systems aren't technologically expensive to make. Those savings are then passed to the customers with cheaper prices.Xbox is doing well in the U.S. but over seas its all Playstation and Nintendo. And Roger Moore just jumped ship to go to Electronic Arts tomake games. Whats funny is he did the same thing before Sega Dreamcast went down the tubes. I don't think Xbox is going down the tubes but of the 3 I see it as having the least potentia! l to last. Especially with all the bad press they have gotten with faulty 360's.Playstation still has the best game library now and has the best game lineup for the next 18 months. Nintendo will be fine I think because people like how cheap it is. Xbox really only has Halo as a system standout (hopefully Fable 2 can step it up) which would be a concern seeinghow it competes with PS3 primarily and PS3 has the same games and better exclusives. All in all time will tell but i think Playstation and Nintendo are the strongest right now. And I don't think Microsoft is going anywhere in the near future....Show more

Son Ahlers: The fact that the PS2 is selling better than the PS3 is just sad.And DS? HELLZ YEAH! PS3 will obviously lose. Even with it's recent "price drop" it's still barely selling. My local GameStop has never run out of the PS3s in stock. And the 360 has only sold more than the Wii because it came out almost a year before.
