Betsey Muehlbach: Dealer Auction Prices
Marna Liddie: An auction is the price that one of two people are willing to pay. In other words, if there are 2 people interested in a car, the price can go fairly high.I would guess, the prices are close to the wholesale price, but it all depends on who is interested in it.Go to an auctions site and look over their sold list and see what they sold for....Show more
Phil Kuarez: HiYou can get a good cheap car from auctions , you will find thousands of different auction and repo cars really cheap at http://www.carauctions.co.nrHope this helps
Bruce Calise: It depends on what kind of auction you are talking about. If you are talking about an estate auction there wont be as many cars then you probably are not going to get a great deal. However if you are talking about the large dealer auctions with 100 or more vehicles you can buy MOST cars for average black book value or in other words wholesale price. But I will als! o tell you that Toyotas and Hondas tend to bring top dollar as they are the most in demand. There are repo sales at the dealer auctions where you can usually get very good buys. Once you go to auctions you will get the hang of it. My husband is a used car wholesaler and has his used car dealers license.I got your email and I could not send reply back so here is my reply back to youYou are very welcome for my answer. My husband is actually a dealer in Ohio, but he buys and sells a lot of vehicles through adesa auto auction, the website for that is adesa.com. For more information on obtaining your dealer license try this website http://www.dmv.org/tx-texas/dealer-licensing.php And if you have more questions contact your local department of motor vehicles (where you get license plates) and tell them you are interested in getting a dealer license and they can probably get you into contact with someone at the state level who can be helpful to you! Good Luck!...Show more
